Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers physical orders — our Sanyu Botanicals hair-care line, hand-packed in small batches in East London, Eastern Cape. Digital products (SaaS subscriptions, Notion systems, downloads) are delivered electronically and are not covered here.
1. Order Processing
- ›Hand-packed to order: because everything is made in small batches, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing.
- ›Confirmation: you’ll receive an order confirmation by email once payment succeeds, and a notification when your order ships.
- ›Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri), excluding South African public holidays.
2. Delivery Options & Timelines
- ›Nationwide — Pargo pickup points: delivered to your chosen Pargo point across South Africa, usually within 3–7 business days of dispatch.
- ›East London — free local delivery / collection: free within East London; we’ll arrange a convenient handover.
- ›Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with courier load, weather, or load-shedding disruptions.
3. Shipping Costs
- ›Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery method and location.
- ›Free delivery or collection within East London.
- ›Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout when they apply.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email where the courier provides them. For any delivery query, contact us with your order reference and we’ll follow it up directly.
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
- ›Please double-check your delivery details at checkout — we ship to the address (or Pargo point) provided.
- ›If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an uncollected Pargo parcel, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-shipping costs may apply.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we’ll make it right. This sits alongside your rights under our Refund Policy.
7. International Orders
Physical Sanyu Botanicals orders currently ship within South Africa. For international enquiries, email hello@mirembemuse.co.za and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
