A Portfolio That Commands the Pass
A Head Chef with eight years of mastery and nowhere online to show it. We designed and built a cinematic one-page portfolio that presents her fine dining, pâtisserie, and events work like the craft it is.

Die Uitdaging
Amanda Ibezim is one of Gqeberha's most accomplished chefs — eight years across fine dining, classical pâtisserie, and large-format event catering. But none of it lived anywhere a prospective employer or client could see it. Her craft needed a home as exacting as the work itself.
Designing for the Craft
We built a single, cinematic page that treats her food the way she does. Three chapters — Fine Dining, Pâtisserie, and Events — each a gallery of her own plated work, with a full-frame lightbox so every dish can be seen properly.
The palette is dark and restrained on purpose, so the food carries the colour. The structure follows her real story: her disciplines, her credentials, and a clear path to get in touch.
Fast Everywhere, Found by Anyone
Hand-built in semantic HTML, CSS, and a touch of JavaScript — no framework bloat, quick to load on a phone on mobile data. It leads with her real credentials (HACCP, kitchen leadership, classical pâtisserie) and the three languages she works in: English, isiXhosa, and Afrikaans.
The result is a portfolio that looks like fine dining and opens like a menu — proof that the studio's craft extends to the people behind the businesses, not just the businesses.
